NEW RULE ALERT GOING IN TO EFFECT THIS OFFSEASON!!!!

OOTP22 has finally put in the option to change the QO amount in game with no extra work. The way the MLB calculates this is the avg salary of the top 125 paid players.

Next offseason the QO amount will be 15,725,080

Hopefully this will lead to more guys accepting and not having so many guys get tagged that should not be.

don't quote me here. But, I believe it's the ability to have a coach focus on a particular aspect and help them develop that rating. I think that's what I heard on the boards here

- As you mentioned, teaching roles, also:
- Hiring coaches away from other teams
- Previously hidden-behind-the-editor info such as “teach pitching,” teach hitting,” etc. is now front and center, and sortable. That’s HUGE IMO.
- Also, same with “dev” rating, as well as “handle aging,” and “mechanical (for talent change)” are all sortable.
-Additionally, coaches interact with each other now, which seems to affect team cohesion (ie a “personable” coach may not play well with a “controlling” peer).
- Relationships have been fleshed out so that there are not just “bad” and “good” relationships, but a range.
