We've advanced to Week 14. Only two games this week -
Texas State (AUTO) vs. New Mexico State
Army (TFan) vs. Navy

Set the advance for first thing Saturday morning, I'll advance us sooner if TFan is able to knock his game out before then.

Marshall still sits at #2 (Week 14 bye, Week 15 CC game vs. SMU)

Western has jumped up to #3 in the nation. (Week 14 bye, no CC Game. With #1 & #2 having CC games next week it will come down to that to see if OutRage gets to play in the NC game. Will also be interesting to see if #4 Georgia, which fell from #3 to #4 this week despite beating #18 Georgia Tech can jump #2 or #3 with a win in the SEC CC game which should be against #8 Alabama.)

TFan and Army have checked in at # 22 (Week 14 vs. Navy, no CC game)

Outlaw and UNLV check in at #23 (Week 14 bye, no CC game)

Idaho lands 2 more recruits, pushing the total to 3 haha, got the #3 kicker though, that is our highlight so far this season on the recruiting trail.

Advanced to Conference Championship Week. There are only two games, Marshall (Wasted) vs SMU and Kent State (buckeye) vs Ball State (Woopig).

I'd like to advance to bowl week this weekend sometime if possible. Buckeye and Woopig, let me know if you guys won't be able to play this weekend and I'll extend our advance to make sure you guys can.

I'd like for us to advance to bowl week this weekend and then begin post season activities by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. There will probably be a few of us moving on to new schools (I'll cover this more in a second) so I'm not sure how long the coaching carousel will take. With any luck I'd like to start Season 2 by the weekend.

For those that do plan on moving on to new schools, remember that you can ONLY move on to a school that went 6-6 or worse this season. I'll have those posted below here in a spoiler box for you to see. This will change slightly for those of you that continue on in this OD with 2014. We will have to stay the entire length of the contract you sign with your C rated school.

6-6 teams: We'll have to wait until after bowl season to see what their final record is. I'm also debating removing Miami, Okie State, TCU, Boise State, and Florida from the list. These are all currently 6-6 teams anyway.

ACC - Boston College, Duke, Maryland (6-6 teams: Miami, Pittsburg, Wake Forest,Virginia)

Big 12 - Baylor, Kansas, West Virginia (6-6 teams: Iowa State, Oklahoma State, TCU)

This list of teams has got me thinking though. When we start this OD in 2014 we'll need to figure out how to handle the "Power Schools". I don't want to keep anyone from eventually reaching their "dream" school but the odds of teams like Bama, Ohio State, Texas, etc going 6-6 or worse is probably pretty low. We might have to come up something inventive here. Thinking along the lines of dividing each school into categories like Powder Puff's, Mid Majors, Slightly Relevant, Relevant, and Power Schools. Then we can decide what the prerequisites would be to be able to land a Power School job. Like maybe you have to win your conference as a "Relevant" so many seasons and the Power School have a record of 7-5 or something, I don't know.

Next years NCAA I want to play in a conference with a CC, that is for sure, that isa HUGE advantage for people, and once again I want to play the toughest non conference schedule I can!

#2 goes down. This game looked like EA thought Marshall had gotten to big for their britches. Gilbert was on fire and anytime he threw a bad pass his receivers would make an acrobatic catch. At the end of the 1st quarter they were up 24-3. Did pull within 3 by the beginning of 4th but Gilbert laughed it off and continued raping my defense.

Let's see if WKU can make it into the NC game now.
