My graduating class was around 120... fairly small... 3 guys that I graduated with have passed away in the last 2 years due to blood/heart issues, ending in heart attacks.

My graduating class had 42 people. 5 have died since then: 2 car accidents, 1 pulmonary embolism, and 2 suicides.

980 in my graduating class, haven't kept up with the death toll tho.....

at least give me some data analyzing the relative performance of your friends mortality rates vs your district or state or country or something. for all i know your graduating class is outperforming the norms!

At my high school we had 2000 kids over 4 grades. 1 died via murder (Drew). 1 died in car crash. 1 died via suicide and 2 from cancer. That I know of.

The football team was cursed. 2 of the deaths played and a 3rd player is a paraplegic from a motorcycle crash. And only 1 person made the NHL.

Speaking of books. What kinda of books do most people read?

I'm more into war history type novels, fiction or nonfiction. I am reading one about Hu, city that fell during the Tet offensive. Well written and has insight from both sides.

Tom Clancy type novels as well.

I read Bill O'Reilly novel Killing Reagan. I was actually surprised on how well it was done. I want to read Fall off the rising sun (or whatever it was called). I would urge you if you are a die hard Democrat to look past it being done by Bill O'Reilly and read it if you are into history at all.
