But I just want to rules to be completely clear moving forward.

1) ALL new guys, no matter if they move or not are reset.
2) Any time you relocate your team is reset

I like how he gave me permission to leave his market size where it is like there was a single chance in hell I was moving it.

I doubt he’s smart enough to comprehend that he came out ahead and if he doesn’t stop whining and annoying people they will start demanding it goes to average like it should be

My only desire is for logic and reason to win out. There is no reason for teams to keep their settings when moving or new owners to inherit the spoils of what someone else did. That is all.

Right, and as I said previously, Hank thinks he lost out because he relocated, but he should have been reset no matter what, so I'm not sure why he's super mad about this, considering he would 100% still be at avg market size but based on the error, it seems that he's going to be able to keep above avg market size, and not starting at avg was obviously a HUGE advantage for a lot of years.
