Does it really matter? Wasn't Clinton impeached by the House of Representatives?
Spoiler!
The answer is yes.
The Independent Counsel, Ken Starr, turned over documentation to the House Judiciary Committee. The Chief Prosecutor, David Schippers, and his team reviewed the material and determined there was sufficient evidence to impeach the president. As a result, four charges were considered by the full House of Representatives; two passed, making Clinton the second president to be impeached, after Andrew Johnson in 1868, and only the third against whom articles of impeachment had been brought before the full House for consideration (Richard Nixon resigned from the presidency in 1974, while an impeachment process against him was underway).

you really don't like America and you think Canada is far superior.....I think that is noted and on the record. Stop so obviously trolling.
In reality everyone thought the world was going to end when Obama was elected, it didn't.....they're saying the 'same' things now...only about trump.
I said it before.....who is president has less affect on Joe Everyman than people want to let on.

All he asked for were the bookie odds not the legality, process, or a history lesson

You guys embarrassed yet?
I mean what the fuck... You make your press secretary go out and read a just bold faced lie over shit that isn't even important. How are you to be taken seriously on important stuff when you do this shit on your first full day......

Can you elaborate on what he did? I don't have TV here so I couldn't see/hear what happened.

First he goes to the CIA and while in front of the memorial for fallen agents literally spent a majority of his time 9 out of 15 minutes ranting about the lying media and crowd sizes at the inauguration. He took no questions it was all on his own accord. That seems inappropriate enough to me but hey who knows......
Then when he gets back to white house makes his press secretary go into the press briefing room and read a statement that his inauguration was the most watched in person and on TV ever period. Which is completely insignificant even tho it's a completely fabricated lie. None of the big cable news channels were even talking about this it all came from one tweet from the times that compared pics from Obama 09 to Trump 17 and he got butt hurt over it. I mean this man has the nuclear codes now and one tweet about something this insignificant sends him off the deep end. We really have a 6 year old running the country.......

It makes me laugh that people like Crowes is getting so upset.
Did you expect anything less? Do you not know how Trump is?
He has acted like that since day 1.
He is not a politician so things will not be done the "normal" way or how they always have been.
Just because he was sworn in as president, he is not going to change the way he is.
I am not saying I hate him and I am not saying I like him, but I sure as hell hope and pray that he will be a good president.
The meme I read on FB yesterday said, hoping Trump does bad is like hoping the pilot crashes the plane that we are all on.
It will be an entertaining 4 years, to say the least.

And this is why we might not be able to recover from him because you and others like you have allowed the bar to be set so insanely low for him. What is wrong with wanting him act like an adult?
And I hope the next 4 years accomplishes alot of entertaining moments to as it looks like that might be our best case scenario.

People do realize that he can't just wake up and say "fire all the nukes" right? Even being the president he is still only 50% of the equation when it comes to actually firing a nuclear weapon.
I love when people make that claim

Shut up Dan, it's your fault. You and Niddler. You 2 did this. It's because of you and others like you that he is the president.

Where did I say I did not want him to act like an adult?
I never said I condone his actions. I simply stated that I laugh when people are shocked by the way he acts.
He is an asshat and has always been an asshat and becoming the president isn't going to change that for someone like him that is not a career politician.
Donald is always going to be Donald.
Where did I say the bar is set low?
I expect big things from him, as does the vast majority of the middle class.
He was voted in for a reason and I believe most people believe he will be a voice for the working (middle) class American.
I hope he lives up to it and is that voice.
