Fun Trump briefing today!!
I haven't found a good way to just get the highlights.
Can't Sportscenter do a breakdown of the best 4-5 minutes? What else do they have to talk about?

Honestly the only good part is really the Q&A with the press. Would love a good Sportscenter highlight of his briefings

Agreed, the QA is the prime time fun.
If you want those quick highlights?
Watch the first 5-10 minutes of the prime time news shows each night.
CNN for the democratic view
FoxNews for the republican view

Curious to hear George and Reigns take on the “video” he played and how he handled the Fauci interactions when he retweeted #FireFauci
Sad I have to say “not to start anything but curious about your true take on it” but I’ve been labeled a certain way so I’ll add that disclaimer.

Man, he got beat up today.
The next time he directly answers a legit question will be the first time.
He totally whiffed on these 2, they made him look foolish

This is... something
An ER nurse with shared custody of her 4 year old has lost temporary rights to custody of her child until the pandemic is over.
That's wild, no clue how that can be ruled on and hold up.

I was just talking with Billy via video chat and we were talking about this. I did not see the video, turned it on right afterwards when he was going back and forth with the blonde reporter. I'll have to watch this video you linked later.

Don't get me wrong, that one reporter in the Twitter link I posted had Trump stumbling and looking silly over his comments that he had unilateral authority to open the country up...
Anti Trump folks - Trump doesn't have authority to open the country up.
Also anti Trump folks - It's Trumps fault he didn't shut down the country.

Something not talked about much (that I've seen), the rise in hate crimes/discrimination against Asian Americans during the pandemic:

Watched the video. I think it was weird he had to put a video out like that. But completely understand why he did, especially all of it before the governor piece of it. He is constantly beat up on his timing of when he took action by the media and democrats. But the same media and democrats were touting that it wasn't a big thing, reason why I posted about Pelosi in Chinatown right after he shut down flights (I believe). The media and democrats resist at all costs, whether it's COVID-19, Russia or whatever else, are going to cost them another 4 years

Looks like Ivermectin is going to make it's way into the news cycle this week. The data on it is nearly 2 weeks old. It's an anti-parasitic drug that is most commonly used in the US in topical form, to treat head lice. But it's also widely used in the veterinary field and around the world for many other things. It does have an oral form, used to treat roundworm. It's FDA approved for numerous treatments (not COVID19 yet). In the Australian study, it showed to eliminate COVID19 in a dish, within 48hrs. Great reduced within 24. I have only found a few small trials in the US or other areas beyond that, but all showed positive results. The 1-2 week timeline is about the same lag that we had for our media to pickup on the hydroxychloroquine usage in Australia and France.

It will blow up when Trump says "What have you got to lose?"

Maybe someone can shed some light on this as I live in a deep red state and see it on a daily basis on social media. How are repubs sqauring the circle of trump doing an good job in his response but also saying their rights are being taken away by the response to the virus thus hating on his response in the same breath?

They're saying he didn't have the authority, it was the governor's who botched the response at the state level, while also stating Trump has unilateral authority to re-open the country.
Meanwhile, Democrats are saying it's Trump's fault for not shutting down the country, while also stating Trump doesn't have unilateral authority to re-open the country.
Both sides, equally shitty.

The NYC Health Department added an additional 3700 people to the COVID death total today. None of which ever tested positive for COVID.
