Lebron's been fine for his entire playoff career numbers as a whole.
I'd be interested to see his scoring production/efficiency in the Finals compared to some of the other all time greats.

whats kinda weird is Lebron is playing to his career numbers lol
career: 27.8ppg, .490/.337/.747 with 7.3RPG/6.9APG/1.7SPG
playoffs: 25.1, .493/.370/.768 with 8.1 RPG/6.5APG/1.7 SPG

Magic Johnson, 52% reg / 50.9% playoffs
Larry Bird, 49.6% reg / 47.2% playoffs
Shaq O'Neal, 58.2% reg / 56.3% playoffs

why is that weird?
i still am not understanding your point. and i'm not trying to be a dick, i just don't get it.
over those 'career' #'s. he had bad games in there too. just because you avg 30,8,8 and 50% doesn't mean you do that every night.

So, over a large enough sample size, averages come out nearly equal to each other.
Shocking.
And playoff averages are slightly lower, where teams are only playing other playoff teams and not really bad teams against which they can typically exceed their averages.
Shocking.
This is a brilliant conversation going here. Don't mind me, it's just a Monday.

You are trying to understand nick? Good grief...
He thinks I care that he takes shots about Seattle Sonics. I went to ZERO games when they were here. Do I want them back, sure, but I'm not an NBA fan. Prefer college ball.

i just posted how the 2 yrs before Miami, Lebron had BETTER playoff numbers than the reg season. since joining Miami, 3 straight yrs of worse playoff numbers. So whats your answer to that?

I will say though that Lebrons gonna look great in a Cavs jersey in 2 years. Irving/Waiters/Lebron/Thompson/Noel.. yuck.

ok re-reading, saying sucks is obv stupid. but to be considered the greatest ever, and most chalk him up to #2, i would expect Lebron to play to his norm in the finals no? maybe, just maybe, a little better.. Is that too much to ask?

You mean the last 2 years where he was with the Cavs and he played a total of 25 playoff games in comparison to his 3 years in Miami where he has played over 20 playoff games each year? Sample size.

when does sample size become not an excuse tho? just curious. I need a concrete number, cause that first cleveland yr he took like 312 shots and he has 383ish this yr.. so if 312 shots isnt sample size then iunno what to tell you. 300+ shots is kinda big tho.

how you could ever come up with something like this is beyond my comprehension.
I have absolutely no idea how anyone feels and never claimed to. my entire premise on life is to take emotion and opinions out of things, so how you could come up with something like this really bottles the mind.
