lots of faith in AL but me thinks Webs is certainly pulling a Lou Holtz here.
Not how the last week would go I thought...sweep Washington on the road where we have a losing record and then drop 2 of 3 at home to a surging but to late Seattle squad.

The guy who is going to get rookie of the year put up a 5.6 WAR.

I don’t know why, but when the Canadian guys refer to prospects as “specs” it irrationally annoys me. Just something about it. Nothing personal, just makes me grit my teeth.

If I can get 3 pitchers this off season we are making the playoffs. Edward Stevens is itching to make his debut next year as well at LF. Offense should be stacked, just need some pitching to get the mover the mid 80's win total.

Speaking of pitching, picked up that guy shel waived, Andrew Hall. Didn't get to play any games for me but was hoping I could get him to sign an extension instead of hitting FA. Nope. Wants to explore FA.
