personally i think it should be 35-35-30. I think even tho we all wanna have fun, it wont be much fun if the same 10-15 get to keep texas, oklahoma, usc, etc etc

I disagree. I wish more players kept teams for long, long stretches. In my ill-fated league (thanks jail!), I had a sick system that rewarded long-term success to the point where it could get to the point mathematically that you could go 1-11 and still keep your job; at least once. King of like how Penn State won't get rid of Paterno no matter what; he has to quit.

The main problem? Not the league as everyone loved it! I ended up having to do the spreadsheet for everyone because nobody could understand it.

Who cares about if they know who you are. I'd like to know what comments come from what coaches. We know the consequences of attacking a coach due to a report.

well the whole thing about the reports is saying what you want because you don't need to worry about retribution or consequences.

So abolish the WHOLE process? Go ahead, but i doubt that'll ever happen because i doubt most want it and the cool kids will run shit even more than how they shift head commish jobs
