I didn't change anything in regards to scouting frequency so I'm not sure why they stopped. I found they were mostly BS anyways and the guys reverted back during spring training.

Says it's because I don't have the accountsdata_gms.dat file, but it's still there.

Are you on the right version of the game?
Did it somehow get corrupt and you need to reinstall your NDL.lg folder/file?

That or have someone send you an accountsdata_gms file.
I am not near a pc or I would try.
