One way is in the scouting tab clicking on open scouting reports... I'm sure there are others. Happy to help!

I have tried $5M, I have tried $10M, I have tried $1M and personally, I have not seen a noticeable difference because of the amount of money I have put into it.
Have you seen a true difference?
