I thought the next step had already been decided?
Cnasty wrote:YesBoston_Rob wrote:You need to manually input all the factors too?
Thinking I will just do this next offseason and delay the rollover a couple days. No rush Rob.
Cnasty wrote:If he doesn't want to change it I am not going to force people to do so.
Seems like a small minority if not the only person so not a big deal imo.

Dimensions mean jack shit. It's the factors that matter. This vote is bogus because the question discusses Dimensions, not factors...

Re: 2047 Winter Meetings Topic #1 - Minor League Park Dimens
Sorry I missed your small statement in parenthesis. That was so obvious.
And it still doesn't change the fact that this "issue" isn't as big as what you all are making it. Last time I checked, #1 prospects in baseball sometimes have different numbers in the minors as they do in the majors and sometimes stats are different in different parks. This is still a stupid request, and if you have a hard time judging your players based on factors of a ballpark, that's not the entire leagues problem. I looked at all my parks, they all have different factors and you all had the chance over the seasons to change them. There is a factor calculator out there, go use it, it's at the bottom of the link. Still stand by my statement that this should not be a required change for all owners.

Corey also posted it as well, and it was quoted a couple of times I believe. Pretty sure you've already said you didn't read much of the thread, so yea, this all makes perfect sense.cougnix wrote:Sorry I missed your small statement in parenthesis. That was so obvious.
You've all but admitted you don't understand the reason for the request so yea, makes sense again.cougnix wrote:This is still a stupid request

Quit being a condescending asshole. If you understood what was going on you wouldn't have requested this and you would have discussed the factors from the beginning.

I do. Pretty weird to tell someone else they don't understand when you admitted that you yourself don't.cougnix wrote:If you understood what was going on you wouldn't have requested this and you would have discussed the factors from the beginning.

This today, completely copying off of Nick with his unfunny new Winter Meeting thread yesterday.
Congrats on your transformation!!!

I never said I didn't understand the request, I said I didn't understand what "OP" stood for. I have now since figured out you meant "Original Post"
With that said the request is still stupid.

It's weird that you're posting this much so you clearly are invested in the subject and yet you admitted you only read the OP.
It's like you purposely want to be less informed on the topic while still having strong opinions on it.

I've stated again and again. I don't agree with this. I don't think it is a problem. You do. I don't agree with you. I do not want my organization to have same factors for all the stadiums. Not realistic to me in a SIM LEAGUE.
