I usually think it means that they have someone else just as capable, but for way cheaper.

Or have a team policy of not paying more than $5mil for a reliever so if you have the money, spend it and a good signing for the Vice.
What else is he gonna spend it on, bobble head night?

I only paid $11 mil for 2.9 WAR from a reliever. I'll take that.

I haven't done a lot of research but it almost seems inevitable that nick will win it eventually. The piece that I don't think he has looked at efectively is defense. Like I said I haven't researched it, but wondering what his defensive efficiency has been. Buying bats without considering defense may be his downfall. His pitching led the AL and his hitting was third or fourth in the AL.

Also, I'm eager to see the sim Monday. Rule 5 and some FA offers could make or break my plans. Be ready for the New Years Sale in Vancouver!
