If they want it done right, there are things they need to do themselves.

I dont expect my wife to mow the lawn or weed eat the yard because I dont want to do double work and have to go behind her and fix it.

Same applies for folding clothes let alone the devil of fitted sheets.

That's part of the reason I insist on doing the dishes (mind you, no dishwasher). I don't think my wife has a grasp on the law of diminishing returns with regards to water flow out of the faucet

Here's a tip: if there is a household chore that you don't want to be involved in, fuck it up until you are no longer allowed to do it.

I already know how to do that. In fact, she does it the hard way...

Yeah, I'm definitely anal retentive. At least you wouldn't have to do dishes

Great trait to have as a doctor. Work on that positive bed side manner I have preached to you about and you are golden.

Folding bed sheets is one of them. Actually, folding anything really.

Have you ever heard, happy wife, happy life?
I will fold whatever I can to help out if it means my life remains happy.

Plus, I have no problem helping out around the house in any way I can. She works just as hard as I do during the day.

I was firmly on Team Corey...then I had twins.

I didn't do much of anything around the house. But now with the wife doing the bulk of the dirty work with the boys and the bulk of the housework, just taking out the trask and mowing the lawn isn't gonna cut it any more.

Want a badge? Maybe a gold star? Maybe a fitted sheet folding patch on your boy scout vest.

It doesn't mean I sit and watch her fold them while I enjoy a tasty courvoisier in a smoking jacket.

We each do our part and she is better at some things and I am better at others.

P.S. she isn't reading the boards so you can relax husband of the year. :)

+1. Just the wife and I. Never touched laundry. Add two kids I'll help with whatever needs to be done.

I absolutely agree with the both of you. I was simply stating that folding isn't my expertise so I help in many other ways such as loading, putting the laundry into the dryer, and taking it out. No point in me folding something when she will come behind me and laugh and do it again.

Niddler was making it sound like I didnt do anything else to help, I was specifically speaking on the folding fun.

Why am I justifying myself anyways as I am just as bad as him now?

You must not do anything else since you took it that way. :D
Just playing around. I know how it is. If I fold sheets, she just re-does it behind me too.

And I hear you. I know you are now that type of husband to sit around and watch her.

George is the cod drinker. I try and get all chores done prior to getting on. She knows once the game chair comes out and I am in it don't ask.

The Ukraine special forces are now clashing with protesters in downtown Kiev. Snipers are taking out protesters, over 60 policemen have been taken prisoner.

Things are getting really ugly

All I know is Klitschko is the leader of the opposing forces.

Not the one that's banging Hayden Panatierre, he's got more important things to do.
