He just got caught coming in. He was winning the round and had just knocked Marquez down the round earlier. Happens to the best of them. He said afterward (that is after he finally woke up) that he never saw the punch.

Donaire vs Rigendoux tonight could be the fight of the year. highly recommend it to any semi fight fans or above. even the novice fight fan would probably really enjoy it. these are 2 elite quality fighters who should have a lot of high quality action. meaning its not going to be crazy haymakers but still a lot of quality power shots being thrown.
easily the most excited I've been about a fight in a long ass time (probably a few years). most people are familiar with Donaire's rise the last few years. Rigendoux was the dude who I told the story about when I went to Wild Card gym to see Freddie Roach a few yrs back. he was living in the gym after defecting from Cuba. he was a 2 time olympic gold medalist, I believe. was one of the biggest prospects in boxing but stuck in Cuba. he finally made it over and ran thru his first 11 fights pretty easily. they didn't give him the normal 20-25 warm up fights to boost his record because he's older and already very accomplished/skilled. it goes to show how good he is that he's getting a title fight at just 11-0.
anyways, figured i'd give you guys a heads up if you weren't aware.

there was a pretty good fight 2 weeks ago i wanna say. the title switched hands and theyre gonna have a 3rd fight. Forget their names tho ugh

I think it was the same one I watched it was Mike Alvarado Vs Brandon Rios 2---that was one of the better fights this year so far

I miss Hatton. That fucker had one gear; GO! That said, Mayweather is always perfect. I think he is a dick but the only hope in beating him is Bradley ... not Canelo. And when Bradley tears up Marquez, we will likely see Floyd's first loss next year.

If anyone finds a quality stream of the fights tonight.. please link here.. I go to the usual places but between all the ads every time you check a new stream link. I just get irritated and stop searching for a good one.

light welterweights, so 1 weight class under Floyd.
Matthysse has 2 losses but is one of the best power punchers out there, he's got 32 KO's out of his 34 wins.
Garcia is undefeated, he just beat Zab Judah in Brooklym (Zab's home) who Matthysse lost to a couple yrs ago, he beat Morales twice recently and you might have saw him beat Amir Khan on HBO. he gets very little respect still despite some really impressive wins.
Mayweather vs Canelo is #1 vs #3 on a lot of the lb for lb lists (meaning all the weightclasses combined into 1 ranking). Matthysse and Garcia are also both top 10-12 guys in lb for lb rankings as well so its a huge fight.
