It appears quite a few teams are not adhering to the minor league age limits. They are set in game and you are getting a warning when exporting and not dealing with it. The limits are pretty generous to be honest but you SHOULD be dealing with them.

If you don't want to deal with each player ask the AI to sort your minors and it will adhere to the age limits. If you don't want to do that, or you think you'll forget, hire an Assistant GM and ask them to do the "Minor League Promontions/Demotions/Strategy" under your Manager Options.

At this point I will be asking the AI to sort your minors if you have more than a few guys over age limit - really you should have zero but we need to start to get this problem fixed.
Thanks.

I remember when George said he'd never use Slack, and now he uses Slack probably just as much as anyone else.

He's just doing a bit, he'll vote on Slack.

you dont even need a Ast GM to do this. Assistant GM (Vacant) does a lot of work for me.

Well shit, TIL. You can hire an AGM that has the same philosophy as you at least I guess (value stats etc).

- IAFAs are here! Reminder a couple seasons ago we removed the hard cap and the soft cap is $10M. The rules are right on the page but if you have questions ask away.
- Please vote on the current poll in #polls. We are still missing 8 votes and I'm going to start calling people out soon.
- Please make sure if you get an error when exporting you don't ignore. Will be monitoring ages in minors more closely.
- Burnaby is now open.
- Charleston has now lost 29g in a row but at least last week's were close!! Incredible turnaround and unlike anything I've ever seen before. Cary left a curse for sure. It's ok we still love you Jason.

on the topic of ted, it would be cool to someone get the greats from the past and get them to replace some teams here and see what the all star of NDLB would look like.. plus we wouldnt have Omaha in the league so its a double win.
