You sure it's not the best reliever award?

Really didn't want to do this and even said it in your broadcast "soon to be FA, Jason Skinner" but the emotional high of a title and his heroics got him paid. Im such a softie.

Those who say George is hard to trade with, I disagree. :)

Exactly! I'm pretty easy to deal with. We either see something right away or we move on.

With that said, Will Clark, Mario Carrillo and Rich Booth are on the block.

Scouting Director:
What do you guys prefer and why? (Neutral, Favors Ability or Favors Tools)

100% always and forever Highly Favor Tools...unless there is a Tools scout with godly ratings.

Apparently, HFT shows you the true ratings. The other scouts use stats to calculate the players ratings at variable degrees with HFAbility doing it the most. A newer player to OOTP I'd recommend the HFA but we're all at the point where we can judge a player on their bars pretty well. Especially since OVR/POT is a meme half the time.

Glad to see something good came out of this season. He's not even the player I got out of that draft that everyone bitches about. :)

Martin Flores ending the year with the highest AVG was pretty cool too.

Michael Jackson threw out 53.4% of runners this year.....that is the highest I have ever seen personally.

Recency bias due to the magical WS run and winning the WS MVP as well with a free flying car in 2089. Deal with it. :)

I have had some minor league guys develop into what looks like solid big leaguers seemingly out of no where lately

I prefer ability, only because I think they are more of a realist. A tools guy may find that one superstar, but abilites scout will produce more major league players. If you don't invest in scouting, it won't matter anyway.

I let my abilities guy go and signed a neutral guy this sim only because I liked his ratings a lot better.
