Societies is just me a bunch of my college buddies, like 10 of us, who have a tourney once a week. Play at your own pace type thing. That would be more along lines of what shel is looking for

Ok this TGC tours thing is amazing.

It is awesome. When it first came out and I played it a lot I was top 150 at one point. But then I just kept forgetting to play rounds and not finishing tournies counts as quitting and I lost my tour cards and now I’m on like lowest level

Yesss, that is what I'm looking for. A society we can create for the NDL and have be invite only or some shit like that just so not just any person can join. Can you set up something like a tour there, a 10 tourney season that tracks standings/points? Or does it just allow you to set up 1 random tourney to play then another random tourney, etc?

My bad, wasn't meaning to take out the ideas you mentioned before. I just remember that website for TGC tours you showed me a while back which looked very cool. But peaking around and seeing standings for current week tournies and there was 1 tourney that a shit ton of dudes were shooting like 57s and shit though I never actually joined and played.

The top tours that’s probably the case with dudes shooting high 50s low 60s but there are multiple tours from the top all way down to like pro-z. So like 10 or so different tours depending on good you are. If you start winning your tour you get promoted and if you suck you get relegated to lower league. The lower leagues are still hard to win but you’ll be more competitive.

In society’s I think it keeps track of all that stuff but to honest I never check. You can designate certain tournies to count more (like majors) to the total points, etc. fairly certain it keeps track of stats too. To be honest it’s pretty boring to compete vs 4 other dudes every week, one of us or maybe 2 of us will be better and then the competition is just which guy is hotter that week. If you join mine at least you’ll see different names on leaderboard. With that said we have a few guys who are good, not high 50s good but they are on top tour on TGC tours.

Not trying to be a Debbie Downer or anything, but I clicked on probably 8-10 different circuits, and every single one of them has round sin the 50s and usually needing -35 or better to win a 4 round tourney.

The lower tournies the courses are considerably easier. The other factor to take into consideration is there are hundreds of dudes playing in each circuit. The low score is gonna go low just cause of how many potential guys are playing.

Like I said, I was good early on and compteted on euro tour usually in top 20 -30 most tournies and i shot low to mid 60s

It’s really just the fact of how well done it is and how fun it is, you don’t win money so I don’t really care if others shoot lower.

Also if you’re saying that cause you think certain guys cheat or something they analyze all your swings and if data presents any sort of abnormality (too straight every time etc) they boot you.
