San Diego

Going on a trip? Taking a 4-day Mormon sabbatacal? Goldfish eat your power cord? If you're going away for a little bit post it here.

San Diego

Post by cougnix »

Driving down to SD from July 27th to potentially August 4. Probably won't be there all that time, but will have a day or two of free time after my son's team finishes pool play on the 31st. I've been to SeaWorld when I was a teen, what else is there for kids age 12-18? I was told Legoland is for little kids really. Is there another park that is a must visit? We are actually staying in Temecula and fields are closer to Carlsbad and Oceanside, rather than San Diego. Any suggestions would be great!

The San Diego Zoo is the most popular zoo in the country.

As far as Temecula, there really isn't much to do there.
There is Old Town Temecula, but other than that, it is a pretty small town with not a lot going on.

My uncle David lives in Temecula. He owns his own Indian jewelry business there, Taos.

He has one in Santa Monica too.
