I have embraced the damn grind with this game, at least the past 2 days. Went from level 27 to a level 29 or 30, still need a damn helmet.

So I jumped on tonight after work, turned in 2 bounties and the guy gives me a choice of 3 exotic bounties. I should have googled them as I just picked a random one. I chose Shattered Memory Fragment - Pocket Infinity (which ends up being a fusion rifle). After finding the ghost on Venus Patrol I had to go to the gate lord or whatever his name and finish that strike. Now I have to dismantle 10 rare or higher fusion rifles to finally get this damn gun. And I don't even like fusion rifles, but I will use it since I have had to go thru so much just to get the darn thing.

its not worth it George, not a very good gun. just be around for the nightfall tomorrow and keep doing strikes. you'll get your vanguard level up and eventually you'll start getting things.

So should I stick to my sniper rifle? I may do this and just trade it in. I already have 2 fusion rifles I turned in from doing random strike missions.

Fusion rifles are solid, no doubt. there are plenty better than that one is all. Especially considering the effort you have to put into getting it

I thought it would be a good NF gun with shields and such. I have the Vex, but I feel like the ammo goes in a hurry

vex takes up an exotic spot too. vision doesnt.

I have one more nightfall to do and then I'll do my usual solo runs in Crota. I was able to HM Crota lamps with my hunter and NM with my Titan and Warlock last week.

Destiny app was updated and allows for vault access without going to the tower. That's pretty awesome feature
