So it wasn't the creation centre?
I've not had the issue once, knock on wood. Then again, I don't think I can carry it over to PS4 (I think Career Mode is the only game mode that doesn't carry over) so it might not even matter after tonight

It's the only game mode that isn't hosted on their servers.
