I could of easily lost, they moved the ball, they just settled for field goals instead of touchdowns in the first half, kept me in the game, I didn't make any mistakes either, that was huge on my part, usually I am good for a few of them. But I have a feeling I will roll through the crappy conference non user games. I went with a pro style offense with Idaho, USC playbook, not sure if I like it, trying to establish the run game under center with this team, we will see what happens, I could try out the option, is that what you are doing Texas? You are army right?
Season 25 NCAA - New Mexico Lobos 5-7
Season 26 NCAA - Arizona Wildcats 11- 3 (Pac 12 Champions, Rose Bowl Champions)
Season 1 Madden - Seattle Seahawks 12-4 NFC Champoinship game (lost)
Season 27 NCAA - Texas Longhorns 9-4 (Alamo Bowl champs vs USC)

Yeah, mixing up the option from a variety of formations and then a bit of 5 wide. I just cant get away from my spread attack somewhat. Stellman isnt half bad as a passer, but the strength of the team is the QB run, FB, and 2 solid HBs.....as expected.

Yeah that was painful. Only down 20-14 at the half, but I couldn't run the ball (-11 rushing yards on the day) and my defense collapsed in the second half.

Idaho loses a heartbreaker to the Buckeyes. I couldn't tackle worth a crap! Had several chances though, just couldn't capitalize, they converted 3rda nd long on me all day as well.

I went in and gave everyone that had joined during the preseason two ranked teams. Each of us got a Top 10 ranked team and then another ranked team between #11 & #25. Unfortunately that was just xLiQx, you, and me. AK, kdog, tfan, Outrage, and Outlaw came in after Week 1 was already up. Ultimately though it benefits the three of us more since if we pick up the wins it gives us extra points toward the Year 3 Team Selection.

I haven't been doing any of my recruiting, so needless to say, when I saw a 4* RB signed with Marshall I was pretty excited. Figured any 4* would have to be better than what I have now. Nope...dude is rated like 67 or something. How is a 4* rated a 67?

Yeah the star vs rating system is a little screwed up. I was recruiting a one star guy at CSU with a rating of 67.
