List was based off the teams overall rating. Worst to first. If you dont wanna add anyone say so then we will skip you. If you take someone then you must drop a player from same pos once you make your selection. Ex. Clev takes Roy Oswalt, He must then drop a SP, and so on and so on. To keep the FA market kinda open. I think that 2 rounds will be good for this as well. So each team has chance to add 2 players. Once you make your pick you can add him and make your drop. Hopefully we can move this along fast.

yes, that is fine, just know if say you take k Rod, Dont drop some 56 player. but im not saying u have to drop someone u would use if a injury was to happen.

Baker, basically, just drop someone that is in the same position that you picked up.

If I pick up a SS that is rated an 82 and I have two SS's on my bench, 1 a 74 and one a 63, I am dropping the 63.
