1) Everyone comes in as a coordinator (Offense or Defense) for a 1* team (non-AQS)
- Not sure how long we would have to stay in that position, thinking at least 2 or 3 seasons though.
- The point would be to truly build yourself up as in a real world scenario. Obviously moving from an OC for Buffalo to a Top 25 team HC wouldn't be realistic. Moving to a Top 25 team as a coordinator though might be. However, after another 2 or 3 seasons you could then move on to a HC position but it would probably be for a lower tier AQS school, etc, etc, etc.
- We could also discuss setting up our own criteria for advancement to better jobs as well if we wanted. Once S28 is over I don't mind tracking it.
2) Playing Rules
- 35 point rule. You go up by 35 out come your starters. Sim style football. Doesn't mean you can't still score you just won't be doing it with your starters. No need to see 80-3 type scores either though. I know people will probably argue against this one, but I'm pretty adamant about it. I know we're just playing a video game but this is the one that always bothers me in the OD's. Seeing teams winning 70-10, 55-0, etc and the starters are all in there with the star QB chucking it with less than a minute left in the game.

This OD will be replacing the NDL games/league for me. My intention is for it to be a sim league. Realism will need to be maintained. If this is not something you are interested in following then I have another OD (commish) that you can join if you'd like. I'm hoping we don't really have to get into defining realism but if necessary let me know and we can discuss and define.
3) Sliders
- Will need to discuss the settings here.
4) Advance every 4 days - rain, snow, or shine. The death of an OD is sitting there waiting for people to get their games in.
5) No more than two Coaches per conference. This gives everyone the possibility of having one user game per season. Indy's will be assigned one user game in scheduling.
