We tried over three nights, it just refuses to let us connect to each other to play

I had that same problem connecting to him. Champ and I had to try a few times to connect but finally did. Make sure you both 1) have the uniform pack or 2) both have the default uniforms selected before uniform pack came out.
I had to change to the old ND unis before I could connect with champ.

I kept freezing at the ready screen all because Oracle wanted to look pretty

It was like waiting for a date to get ready.

We did, he downloaded the pack, wouldn't work. Then I tried to just pick the normal uniform, still wouldn't work.

No we kept freezing because champ was too lazy to download the uniform pack with nd's new default uniforms so I had to set them up in last years uniforms.

As a matter of fact, I advanced to players leaving last night. I was out of town all week driving from San Diego. I'll give everyone a day to dust off the cobwebs and we'll advance again on Friday.

Lost both my coordinators, OC Bobo is HC at Syracuse and DC Grantham is HC at Arkansas. My new OC is former HC at Mizzou and DC is DC from Ohio.
