Enable Stat+ voting for MVP and GM of the Year

I think we should vote for MVP and GM of the year on Stat+

Reason 1) IMMERSION
Reason 2) The AI sucks at voting (see Blackburn)
Reason 3) MVP and GM of the year are pretty easy to vote for- I see why people didn't want to go through and vote for gold glovers and for silver sluggers and the AI is decent at voting for those

Not sure if it is possible to enable voting for only these, but it would be nice. Also if there is a way to bridge in game votes and Stats+ that would be neat as well. Also HOF voting could be a vote, but I don't want to push it.
