Not many people worry about a monetary fine. Take a top 3 draft pick away and people will start to take notice. 1st offense is a 3rd round, 2nd offense is a 2nd round and 3rd offense is a 1st round pick.

So if I don't export and lose my players in rule 5, are you going to give them back? If I don't show up for the playoffs because I don't read the boards to find out when they are and I get smoked in the 1st round... are you going to give me a redo? Lack of participation on the boards isn't an acceptable excuse.
