Houston Block
ML pieces I would like to move:
1B Hoshi Oyama - 23 yr old rookie 1B that hits for power and average. My scout has him rated in the low 60s while OSA has him at 59. Looking for a prospect or cash. He needs another year to mature so if you have a spot on your team, he can be had for cheap.
SP Kichisaburo Goto - another back-end rotation guy that has not had a chance to start due to my current SPs. As an RP he pitched 24 games posting a 2.80 ERA, 1.21 WHIP, 3.49 FIP. Can start somewhere or be a great long relief pitcher. last year at $2mil on contract.
SP Juan Martinez - Log jam at SP. 3.95 FIP this year.
Farm Trade Block
I kinda overdrafted on the SP over the last several years (including this past draft). Will bundle prospects with some of the ML guys for an ML upgrade.
Looking for upgrades at the ML level. If you feel you have a player at a position that is better than a position I have, let's talk. Again, willing to package an ML player with a prospect to make the deal work.

Ok . . . I will take offers for C Riggs. He is the best (and young) catcher in the league. It would have to be a killer deal for me to move him . . . but I am entertaining offers

If you were asking about any of those . . . hit me up again and let's resume talks.
Re: Houston Block
I'll trade you $15M for Marino.

Re: Houston Block
I thought the same. But didn't want to be the first person to say anything. Not sure he is worth a MLB SP under 28, unless we talking about a #3-5 guy (then I can see him being worth that)shel311 wrote:Bold strategy!RanDawg wrote:The longer he stays on the roster once the season starts the more he will be worth

Re: Houston Block - $1 RP
$1 RP on the block . . . 1st to post it has him
Re: Houston Block
A few pieces that may help you. Also looking to move a few pieces in the farm system. We can package some prospects as well.

Re: Houston Block
Feel free to just waive Oyama since you clearly don't want to roster him all season
Re: Houston Block
Think I got it worked out where he can't get a couple of bats per week til the end of the year.Seeitsaveit13 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 03, 2020 5:38 pm Feel free to just waive Oyama since you clearly don't want to roster him all season
