Re: Fantasy Football Advice Topic
Currently in a league I am in their is a trade pending that involves a last place team 1-8 and second place team 6-2
Last Place Team is Trading Rob Grankowski and Marshawn Lynch
and the Second Place Team is trading Joe Flacco and Antonio Gates
At first glance I am calling bullshit on this trade, but I wanted to get other people's viewpoints?

Even with keepers it seems pretty iffy. But maybe there is a way for the that person to defend their choice with keepers.

My bro has been crushed with injuries and pretty much threw in the towel. Offered gronk and/ or julio Jones for jordy Nelson and Kelvin Benjamin in a keeper league...I turned it down

I wouldn't have made a second glance... not only should it be vetoed, the asshats shouldn't be allowed back in the league.

Then there is really no reason to not veto it and boot them like Mike saidsteelcitychaos wrote:It is a re-draft league every yearSeeitsaveit13 wrote:Are there keepers?steelcitychaos wrote:Currently in a league I am in their is a trade pending that involves a last place team 1-8 and second place team 6-2

Anyone mess with Yahoo dfs? Started a couple weeks into the season, took a bit to learn the ropes and values are a little different than other sites I believe. Definitely fun, definitely gambling. 5-3 thus far, minimal stakes
Re: Fantasy Football Advice Topic
So, finished 2nd place out of 562 yesterday on Yahoo DFS... Won $8!

hit the yahoo projection perfectly

Wife getting upset. She had a 41 point lead going into the game, but her opponent has Stafford...

Never good when your season comes down to relying on one of, if not, the worst pass defenses in NFL history.Wasted Memory wrote:Wife getting upset. She had a 41 point lead going into the game, but her opponent has Stafford...

Feeling bad for her myself. Told her NO's defense was bad but didn't think Stafford could get 41. She went to bed at the half, figured she lose.

Re: Fantasy Football Advice Topic
you know that tool that I mentioned I used for my draft in 3 leagues....Fantasy Pros Draft Wizard.
Well I'm in the finals of all 3 leagues with very favorable matchups. No thanks to that tool. I chalk it up to lucky pickups and blind luck.

Did the league have a rule in place to allow a veto?

So that 12 team league I was in...Wasted Memory wrote:Came out of a draft feeling like everyone else must have known something I didn't...
QB - Drew Brees / Philip Rivers
RB - Le'Veon Bell / Lamar Miller
RB - Mark Ingram /Jonathan Stewart
WR - Calvin Johnson / Charles Johnson
WR - Brandin Cooks / Eddie Royal
TE - Jordan Cameron / Tyler Eifert
D - Eagles / Dolphins
K - Mason Crosby
Started out 0-4. Finished 6-7. In the championship game right now with a 15 point lead. He has AJ Green and I have Cincy's D. Feeling confident.

FML! Lost all 3 games. Had Cam In 2 of the 3 leagues. that alone killed me. Had Crosby in the 3rd. if he would of kicked one FG I would of won that one. Went from winning $865 overall to winning $325.

Re: Fantasy Football Advice Topic
So I have a shot at getting Ezekiel Elliott and Matthew Stafford in a trade. Have to give up Brees most likely plus an RB (Forte, Gurley, Blount, Howard - not sure they'd go for Howard though).
Any thoughts on that. Pursue? Don't pursue?

Re: Fantasy Football Advice Topic
Think of it as the OOTP
Elliott and Stafford are 80s
Brees is a 78 and any of the ones you listed are low 70s-ish
Pursue indeed.
