GoTW - Week 8

Coach footballkelly31: 0-3 (0-2) vs. Coach BigStimpin: 1-2 (0-1)

Not the sexiest of match ups but when compared to the other scheduled games this is the only one that features two coaches that have both played at least one game. And with some further examination you begin to realize this could be a really good game. Both teams are putting up over 300 yards of offense and they both like to do that through the air. At the same time neither defense is spectacular. The secondaries would need to look the word "turn over" up in the dictionary to understand its meaning. But that's okay, that's what leads to some fun games. Pitt and Temple could be in for a barn burner of a game with some back and forth scoring. This should be a game that both coaches will enjoy playing in and give them some temporary relief from an otherwise disappointing season thus far.

AAC Notables

#3Image Coach BIGmike: 4-0 (1-0) vs. Image Coach Black Rain: 0-0 (0-0)
The class of the AAC heading to Florida to face the Golden Knights. To date, UCF hasn't played a game so there's not much we can focus on to say what the odds are for them. It probably wouldn't matter though, Louisville is on a mission this year and there doesn't appear to be much that can get in the way right now.

SMU is going to be a school to keep your eyes on. If a focused pengy continues playing he could be a huge obstacle in Louisville's way. Memphis won't be much of a challenge either way but right now the most important thing is for the Mustangs to rack up the wins and confidence in order to challenge the Cardinals.

Image Coach buckeye76: 0-0 (0-0) vs. Image Coach driccio21: 1-1 (0-0)
Potentially could be a great game. Both coaches have been a little preoccupied this season but when they do return and start knocking out these games look for this to be a tightly contested and close match up. Home field advantage will be huge.
