Planning on having a golf simulator/home theater area with an overhead projector. What do I need to have wired to the projector? Power and HDMI I imagine, any reason for ethernet? Ive also read about having a flex conduit going to it as to easily switch out whatever the next big thing is.
*Edit: The simulator will be running from a PC, while Ill also likely hook up a chromecast

Re: Home Building Tips
I'd do internet, a couple of HDMI ports just to future proof it. I'd also run your speaker wires

Yeah, if you can run speaker wires in the wall before the drywall goes up, big help.
I would run ethernet to the projector, just in case.
I would also run 2 HDMI's just to have them there.
And instead of flex conduit, I would run hard pvc pipe, much easier to feed cable through once the walls are up.
