Re: NBA Thread
Heat vs Lakers game last night was the most enjoyable so far this season. No Lebron, Jimmy Butler injured in the first and it came down to an epic battle of Bam vs AD/Russ and their supporting casts. Bam started slow with some foul trouble and but they were playing some great defense and keeping the game close. Bam, AD and Russ all took over in the 2nd half, with Russ finishing with a triple double (even though he had 8 TOs too). AD went 24-13 and Bam went 28-10 with 4 assists and 6 steals. The offenses were pretty similar, running a lot of high PnR and pivot, using AD/Bam as facilitators. Very impressive from both. The Heat had the lead late in the 4th, but LA (read: Malik Monk) absolutely turned it on and forced OT, where the Lakers pulled it out. Herro was matching Monk down the stretch, but it was ultimately missed FTs from Herro (5/8 on the night and a career 85% shooter) that cost the Heat.

Re: NBA Thread
That was a fun one...outside of the result for me.
Loving the nice jump my boy Herro has made this year.

Shit time for Vuc to get COVID right as we embark on the west coast trip but rather get it out of the way now. I’d be thrilled with a 2-3 road trip

Need to end a 9 game losing streak... play Ja Morant.
Morant is now 1-6 against the Pels.

I think Beef Stew would have mauled Lebron if he had the chance here.
Bronnie facing a nice, long suspension.
Watch the entire thing, it's worth it.

Any time a dude that goes by Beef Stew is in a blind rage, it probably won't end well for the dude on the other end if a fight goes down.

Re: NBA Thread
Not sure if true, but I was reading that he was trying to go around the tunnel to come out on the other end by the Lakers bench lol.Whittness10 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 21, 2021 9:44 pm I want to know what happened after he sprinted back into the locker room
Part of me says it was kind of a show he was putting on because he had his hands on Lebron right at the start but didn't do anything until he was separated.
But I also think once that much blood is all over your face, that also takes things up a notch and he probably was legit trying to fight at that point.

Re: NBA Thread
You're right he clearly had his opportunity for a clean shot at Bron Bron if he really wanted to.

Re: NBA Thread
Stewart gets suspended 2 games. 'Bron gets 1 game....makes sense to me
Re: NBA Thread
If Stewart left it with the original freak out, he gets 1. But he reengaged at least 3 times I saw. Left the court and ran around to the other side of the arena to get to the Lakers side and still didn't leave it...

Re: NBA Thread
Going back to Shel's point about him having his hand on Bron initially, do you think Bron could've said something to him to make him snap? Everything I've heard is making LeBron out to be the innocent guy in this, but something made Stewart lose his mind after the initial confrontation. Or maybe that's just who Stewart is, idk??
