Pivot Podcast with Mike Tomlin from yesterday is a must listen. obviously i'm biased as a Steelers fan but he's someone i look up to quite a bit. he carries himself with confidence, positive energy, honesty and he's fiercely loyal.

with the amount of victim mentality people in our society and negative folks who look for any opening to take a shot at someone when they fall, he's just the exact opposite always trying to lift others and lead men.

i found it so refreshing and great to watch if you care about football or leadership.
