12th was even better.

Much like the 1st fight, GGG "should" get the W.

not sure if we have any Rogan podcast fans in here but he had Teddy Atlas on yesterday.

absolute must listen, Atlas is the absolute man. If you dont to listen to the whole thing, just be sure to listen to the Tyson part. So much wisdom and life lessons. it starts somewhere in the 1:20 something area and goes on for about 10 min

The Drake Curse got Anthony Joshua, an all timer of an upset. And now a fat dude is the heavyweight champ.

Joshua showed that British intensity spitting his mouthpiece out.

Wilder would of took his soul and knocked it out too.

A loss for Joshua, a big win for boxing. If Joshua won, he would have ended up fighting a can in the UK and ducking Wilder. Now it's likely that we get a rematch in the UK with Ruiz. I believe I heard that Ruiz is the first HW champ of Mexican heritage. That's a really big deal from an economic standpoint for boxing. The rematch (I assume on DAZN?) will be a really popular event. Then it would seem likely that Wilder is next in line for the winner. So this is an opportunity to draw in more fans, get attention, then lead to a Wilder fight with more hype for the winner.

Ehhh that’s a nice spin on it and most of what you said is true but it’s a bit of a stretch

Heavyweight division didn’t need to be playing the long game anymore, they’ve been waiting 20 years for a real mega fight... all these dudes needed to do was keep beating bums (Andy not really a bum but for ease of discussion) til they could get the details on their fight figured out

Probably right... just seems like the run of bums was never going to end.

GGG might actually be losing in the 5th after he dropped Derevyanchenko in the 1st. GGG looks to be fading
